The Wolf 104.9 Xtreme Band Slam

We won the regional 'Xtreme Band Slam' sponsored by The Wolf 104.9 and Casino Regina on January 27, 2005. A total of 40 bands submitted entries to the competition and twelve were selected to perform. Throughout January, preliminary rounds were held over three weeks with four bands competing each week. We first played on January 13, 2005 with Bridgeview, Broken Luck, and Postlude and proceeded to the next round.

For the final rounds on the 27'th we played with the two qualifying bands of the other weeks: League of One and 44 Slide.

We entered the competition in hopes of displaying our music and really to see what the judges had to say. Winning was a welcome bonus.

We get to open for Wide Mouth Mason at the Casino Regina Show Lounge on February 25 & 26. We get to move on the the semi-finals for the Canadian Xtreme Band Slam in Toronto also.
