Chesterfield Rock was selected by Rawlco Radio's Project 10K20 Saskatchewan as one of 20 artists from over 300 applicants to receive $10,000 to professionally record a CD.

Josh has been chosen as a finalist in the Canadian Radio Star competition, an annual songwriting event held by Standard Radio and Canadian Music Week. Josh and 11 other regional finalists will perform their works at the International Songwriter's Festival March 3-4 in Toronto. Public voting for the songs has begun at www.radiostar.ca  and ends on March 3 at 8 p.m.  As a finalist, Josh receives prizes including musical equipment and an all-expenses-paid trip to Canadian Music Week.

Chesterfield Rock is featured on Good Morning Canada, a national TV show on the CTV network. The episode was aired April 23rd and 24th. The short segment was also played numerous times on CTV News Net, a continuous national news program.

Recently we have been working hard on getting four new songs ready to record. At the end of April we are going into the studio with our producer Dave Taylor.
